Description:Borland's CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 is a rapid application development platform for Windows applications. It lets programmers build Web, desktop and server apps for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista; these apps can be deployed on all three operating systems.

Additional new features in this updated product include the following:

  • Delphi language support for the .NET Framework 2.0, which includes parameterized types
  • Blackfish SQL, which is a SQL-compliant database engine and server that supports .NET language triggers and stored procedures
  • Enterprise Core Objects IV, which is a model-driven development and object-relational mapping framework for .NET 2.0
  • AN updated database architecture that supports ADO.NET 2.0
